Phew

Yipee, blipfoto is back and I've missed being able to pop in and have a look at what's happening. First good thing is I can see my photo when writing this which is a great help. Hope it's the same when commenting, I'll soon find out.
Busy day with blood test and flu jab to start the day. Tip and B&Q to follow and then a quick run up to Nairn as I wanted something from the little craft shop by the Harbour. The sun was out and it was quite mild. We walked out towards the sea and could see the snow covered mountains behind the Black Isle. Turnstones and redshanks were hopping and pecking around the shingle. The red Petronordic was lit up in the sunlight.
Back to the hospital for my appointment to pick up my insoles. They already feel better so hope they will make a difference.

Morrisons shop done and David picked up from collage so now home to watch the Masterchef finals and The apprentice if I can stay awake.

My Dad has been in for an op on his other eye. So he now has a patch over it until tomorrow. Hopefully this one will work better than the other !
