Afternoon Tea #2

Posting this on 17/12/14 having just browsed the new-look site... I have to say I miss the stylish look of the old site, and the one year ago thumbnail.

It's been so busy and full-on here, when I didn't have the energy to blip last night...the day started with meeting Mel - SweetArt's physiotherapist who is on a very quick visit. We exchanged bags!

Had a good day at work, busy trying to get LOTS done as the team had this very elaborate plan to surprise our boss Farzan - whose birthday it is next Monday. We decided that instead of having one of our long lunches, we would slurp off at 3:30 and have an afternoon tea. Raffles Hotel was chosen and this is it... I had to do a collage to sum up the afternoon.

Farzan was suitably surprised and happy with what we did. The best thing was at 4:30 when a bell went off and the relevant door of their Advent Calendar was opened. A bag sack was drawn out and we all got to pick a present from it!!

I got home briefly before needing to go out for a couple of errands; namely to collect dry-cleaning and going to the tailor for a fitting. And as we were out, we decided to pop into Galeries Lafayette for a present or two. I have to say - I love late shopping! No trouble getting a parking space and not many customers in the shop! Got home too late to think about blipping though. Now to do today's but that may have to wait till tomorrow. :)

Late edit (21.12.14): Just found out I got a traffic fine for lane discipline at 10:28pm driving home from the Mall. Ugh!
