Secret Santa

This is my present from Secret Santa at work... a bit of a scary looking cat but I'm finding that, the longer I look at it the more I like it!

I'm hoping I will find the same thing with the new-look Blipfoto website and lack of the App... at first glance it is bright and clean looking and I like the layout of my home page. BUT... I really don't like the white (way too hard on my eyes and no good for dyslexics) or the missing statistics features or the non-alphabetical subscribers list or the glitch in the views counter or the inclusion of historical blips into the overall counter which messes up Blipdays or not being able to edit comments if I make a spelling mistake or not being able to add a link or struggling to make text bold/italic or....

Don't even get me started on "favorites" over "favourites", has Blip moved to America?!

However, I know it is a massive achievement for the Blip Central team to get the new site up and running and I have to trust that they will adjust things, listen to feedback and sort out these teething troubles in the coming weeks. I have no reason to think they won't as they've never let us down before. (Maybe it's better accessing the site on a PC... so far I've been exploring for an hour just on the web through my iPad.)

So, having said this... I will wait and see and try it all out. I've never been good with change, especially when I love the thing that is changed.
