Bad people

Found this outside my office window. I think the person must have deserved it. Bad things happen to bad people.

I'm fundraising money for LEPRA a charity that provides medicines to people left I'll by poverty. They help treat illnesses such as leprosy, malaria, TB, etc. they also help rehabilitate people left disabled by illnesses.
