Some very nice Salmon from the Blackheath Markets on the weekend that really made our dinner tonight, I liked the contrast in textures!

Got some good news at work today, after 2 years in the job I finally got made permanent today( well got the letter of offer ).... good timing as ( any one who reads a paper and lives in New South Wales will know ) Railcorp is going through a huge restructuring so I was lucky to get in when I did..... fingers crossed I can actually keep my now permanent job!
