I'm seeing Dr Scalpel tonight, he's cutting my mole off/out.
(ew, don't want to think about it).

And I was wondering if a partial lobotomy might be possible too.
I could get him to cut the stupid bit out of my brain.
Admittedly, that isn't going to leave much, but my blips might
become more Zen and ethereal, less full of shit and swearing.
