The Finish

Club run tonight and the first of the summer handicap runs which meant a mass start before the (almost) 5 mile run around the local lanes. This is the finish point, there is a timer, someone to write down the times and just out of shot to the left someone else writing down the runners names. The runner in the picture in common with many others is also using his own watch to time himself.
The results will be out very quickly by email, maybe even tonight and the finish times of the race tonight will reflect the start time of each runner next month.
