Me and My Shadow

I missed a few days here because I had to go home for a brief spell (family problems) and forgot to take my camera. I'm really disappointed in myself but I guess these things happen.

This picture pretty much sums up how I feel at the moment - a shadow of my former self and I have a feeling that things are about to get a little worse...
