Tablet, toffee or fudge?

I'm doing favours for my God-daughter's wedding.
She would like tablet in the ladies' favours.......whisky for the men.
Up here in Aberdeenshire they call tablet, toffee.
In the central belt, where I'm from we call it tablet.
Toffee is chewy....... filling taker ooter!!
Fudge is sickly sweet..... can't abide it
Tablet is nectar!
The blip shows the underside of the tablet/ toffee/ fudge as it's much smoother looking than the top.
aprecious have you done tablet on your cooker as we have the same one.......help!
