graffiti 3/3

Last of the graffiti trilogy.
About two months ago, a small sign was taped to the wall of St Bartholemew's Hopital, stating: 'I believe in Sherlock'. I took a pic then for a blip, but never used it that day. Today, the original sign has weathered away, but it has spawned a little following.
I looked up the relevance of the hospital to Holmes, and it's reportedly where he first met Watson...
