Cheesecake

Went for a plain new york style this time with sour cream, and it finally turned out pretty nice.
deliciously creamy and all, just with a crack in the middle.
Just can't seem to figure out how to get that to not happen.

Baking cheesecakes is my new stress relief. Funny thought.
