Dancing in the Street

Actually it was on the sidewalk and in a parking lot.

Cynthia, daughter M, and I had just enjoyed a light meal at the Temple Bar after a great concert at the Mt. Baker Theatre. We were walking back to the car when we heard loud music across the street and saw this woman dancing, while her friends watched and took photos.

One of the friends was Nonie Newton-Breen, who plays Sister in Late Night Catechism, a one-woman show that had just ended a run at the Walton Theatre, a satellite of the Mt. Baker Theatre. The dancing was to celebrate the success of her show.
