You can't take this away from me.

(This is about football, and me, and my dad.)
My team did something massive today.
Something that I haven't seen before in my lifetime.

I was almost in tears at full time.
As I walked to buy myself a few beers to celebrate, I decided to update my facebook status to say "almost had a f*cking heart attack".
A few seconds later, I received a text message off my dad that said
"I pretend not to care but almost had heart attack."

This is the first text message I've ever got off my seventy six year old father.

To say I almost broke down in the middle of the road wouldn't be far wrong.
