Disagreement

Despite it being a lovely day, I've not been able to get out and enjoy it because of stomach cramps. Something I ate last night has disagreed with me somewhat and I'm still suffering as I write this now.

Never mind it's given me a perfect opportunity to catch up on some reading, so that's positive!
