Forget-you-not

Today I visited my dear Grandma's grave and there, at the edge of the otherwise gravel-covered square was this one single forget-me-not.
It was my Grandma who among other things taught me the many names of this flower and always let me pick handfuls of them before mowing the lawn in that particular corner of her garden that was infested with these blue pinpoint blossoms.
It is said that mothers are the unsung heroes of the world. So are grandmothers.
Happy Mothers' Day, dear Grandma! I'll never forget you.
