Would I lie to you?

Did I only show a small part of Hangershell Rock on the right hand side because:

a) I wanted to provide a frame to the right-hand side of the picture, to help draw the eye in to the rest of the scenery?
or
b) to avoid showing the loud-shirted screaming family running around just right of picture?
