This is the way that we started our day this morning - wild camping in the woods. Joined some friends who run these family backwood camping weekends for two days learning all about the tress and flowers, the plants and mushrooms. How to start fire with a bow, carve coat hangers, make wooden necklaces and dry out King Alfred's buns and much, much more. Made a tarp lean-to to sleep under and watched the bluebells and primroses come to life in the early morning sun.
