Luck of the Green Man

This is the first Short-eared Owl I've ever managed to photograph, and it was one of four we saw that evening, all within a mile. That day I'd bought a book on the legend of the Green Man, and it came with a Green Man plaque to hang in the garden, but I'd hung him in the car. Call me superstitious, but ever since I've had some amazing luck with wildlife.
