Kitesurfing

Terschelling has perfect shallow water spots for kite surfing. The point is that authorities think it is a dangerous sport and that is also dangerous for other people and shipping. I am not so sure if this is true. I think the problems is hiding in the words dangerous and spectacular. Of course it can be dangerous, but not so dangerous that it must be forbidden. But a compromise was found in a special area where kitesurfing is allowed. Close tot the beach as you can see on this picture.
