Stereo Heat - Ramshackle
I tried a South African style BBQ, or Braai, tonight. It has been a while. Nearly 15 years I think, maybe more. The main ingredient: "Pap en Sous" which is stiff maize porridge with tomato and onion sauce. Sadly I forgot to ask Jo to get onions... Off to a bad start. The "Pap" was OK'ish. It filled the hole. Thankfully I had a nice piece of steak and some chicken to go with it.
