I Can't Forget My Suzy Q

A few months ago, when my wife Kana returned from visiting her Tutu Kane (Grandfather) in Colorado, she brought with her his cat. Now I have never been a cat person however when Kana called to explain that due to his deteriorating health Tutu was unable to care for Suzy Q, I felt honored that we were asked to care for her. It's been an interesting adventure to say the least and I have discovered what Suzy Q likes to eat and definitely what she doesn't. One of her favorite treats is Sour Cream, which I cook with quite often. When she hears me opening a new container, she knows that I will take the plastic film from under the cover and set it on the ground near her to lick clean. So sometimes Kana will send me a text to let me know that Suzy Q is stretched out on the computer desk looking out the window for me to come home. I in turn have one of my fellow employees take a photo of me and I send it to Kana
who in turn shows it to Suzy Q with the assurance that I will be home soon. Tonight I took this photo of at least two things that she likes; me (hopefully) and a big container of Sour Cream. Oh by the way, when I tell Kana that I can't believe that I am a cat person after all, she smiles and says, "You're not a cat person. You're a Suzy Q person!"
