Jackhammer

It was another hectic day today. I had a busy one at work, followed by helping out with the Little Dragons class at Taekwon Do. After that I was cajoled into staying for the Boot camp circuit training class.

By the time I got home I was knackered. Thankfully I had time for a disco nap then dinner before making the decision at about 10 that I was definitely going to head into town for Rob Hood playing at Jackhammer at the Annexe.
