S is for...

This is my favourite mug. My sister got it for me as a Christmas present. I love scrabble!

I'm not really one for hot drinks, I don't drink tea or coffee. But occasionally I will have the odd hot chocolate or herbal tea.

That's the subject of today's blip. I am drinking a peppermint tea. I've not been feeling too well today. Without going into too much detail, I've been having stomach cramps all day. So I skipped my run (good job looking at the weather) and I'm sat on the couch with a blanket, hot water bottle and peppermint tea. An early night tonight and I'll be right as rain tomorrow! (excuse the pun)
