Bruges
Finally at Bruges!
A world heritage city..
Saturday morning.. We caught the 10:30 train to Ostandes [In weekends both ways train tickets (any route!!) cost half the price they cost in the rest of the week]. That is why when we arrived, 1 hour later, at Bruges we didn't have to look at the map for the city center..., we just folloew the great crowd!
We walked to Maarkt and Burg (two magnificents squares!), ate lunch in a bistro near the river and drank coffee in an internet cafe...on one of the walls was written in greek: Hungry man is an angry man!
Finally we promised to go back in the summer, when the days are, at least, longer, not to say hotter (i 'm sure it's not with all that rain in Belgium), 'cause it's worth seeing in the daylight the Middle Age (from an artistic point of view) itself alive!
