Thank Goodness It's Over!

3 years, 1 month, two weeks and 1 day later (but who's counting) I finally had my Employment Tribunal hearing and judgement.
Good news and bad news:
Good News is that the judgement was very much in my favour.
Bad News is that due to a court case ongoing in North America we have no idea what sort of dividend we are going to get on the amounts we have been awarded. Could be anything between 1% to 90% but it's more likely to be lower than higher.
Waiting game now until the N.A. case is concluded so they know how much is 'in the pot'. Goodness knows how long that will take!
The judge was very understanding and considerate of our situation and guided us through the process. He knows this is a one off situation for many of us and I was very impressed with his handling of our cases.
He's about a third of the way through 400 cases so you can imagine he's not too happy with the administrators of Nortel Networks!
