Stop!......

Today we had a project retrospective in work. As part of this we did this exercise where there are 4 post it notes on the wall with "Start", "Stop", "Change" and "Continue" and you write all the things for those headings to get an idea of how the project went and what should be considered for future ones.

By the time we'd done all the things we should "Start" doing with project work and got around to the "Stop" header the amusement level was high. The first 4 "Stop" post-its to be placed were as you see all song lyrics. We actually got all four!

I love my project team for having the same sense of humour as me. I wrote the "Hammer time" and "collaborate and listen" hehe
