Measuring Wheel

This chap is 77 years old and is an active member of the Aorangi Road Runners, which is one of our local running clubs. You can find him most days usualy early in the morning, walking his 2 Collies. He knows how far his Kilometre run is, but was using a homemade Measuring Wheel he bought for $10 to see how accurate he is
