Love me. Love my Dog.

Normally about this time on a regular workday, B arrives home after saving lives all day and makes a B-line (see what I did there!) for my office, sits herself down on the couch and has a moan. It's a right tough job sure enough. With everything off her chest, I'll maybe sit and give her a cuddle and she'll give me one right back.

But her being away, I had no marker to know what time of day it was. No such moment for me today. Sat there on my own when I was joined by my best friend, caught here just turning his head to plant a big kiss on my nose...as if he knew I needed one.
