Cuckoo

Taken in my favourite location, Gaywood Valley, in King's Lynn. The area is a superb place for cuckoos and there are usually 3 or 4 in the area each year. This bird was calling in full flow as I took the photo, and I was treated to a second male flying right in front of my nose a short while later. Needless to say, I wasn't ready with my camera when it happened!
