Mole Trap.

I thought that I was steering a boat this morning along the back roads to get to a farm north of Slaidburn. On the road down to the farm Mary Harwood and I noticed at least 6 short white poles sticking up above the grass. Mary had no idea what they were for, I thought they were mole traps as I knew the farmer was keen on catching moles. There were more than a dozen of these traps on a box on the back of his quad-bike.
No problems with the cross compliance inspection.
