I admire this guy's opportunism. The moment there's a spit of rain he emerges with his brolly trolley, seemingly out of nowhere, and shifts a stack of umbrellas to tourists who didn't check the weather forecast. He's been doing it for years.

"Two pound each, three pound for a big one, get a bargain at the Tower, best umbrellas in the world, DON'T GET WET!"
