Homecomming Parade

The local high school has their homecomming this weekend and the event is kicked off with a parade to generate excitement and support. These students are members of the school's cross country runners team. The mascott of the school is a lion and they call themselves the Monarchs so I thought the golden "throne" was a reference to that royality. As the float rolled on by we saw the sign that proclamed, "John Marshall Cross Country----WE'VE GOT THE RUNS!"
