I am disappoint

My new washing machine arrived this morning. It's not 11 hours later and it's already broken.

Sigh.

The drum belt came off which is a little annoying. I've stuck it back on but it seems a bit strange. Let's see how long it lasts for :(

The last Hoover worked for at least 7 years without a fault. This didn't even last a day.
