The Grand Entrance
So, out after work to see Goodbye First Love. A film for the francophile, without a doubt (count me in), and in some ways France with its countryside and streets is the star. A gentle film, with some nice sensuality but the characters seemed a bit mute and distant from me. Having said that, it held my attention fine and there was some good music - when was the last time you heard a French film with Matt McGinn?
But now, the Diggers is calling - young Andy has been in touch to say that he's been at a talk by a certain Joe Tree about blipfoto. I must leg it and find out more...
