Little train journeys

Aunty A has been staying with me since last Saturday. I took her to my niece's caravan near Barmouth on Monday. We set off in torrential rain, which continued for most of the day. However, yesterday was really quite different - warm, sunny and dry! We took advantage of the situation and drove to Towyn for a ride on the Talyllin train but missed it by half an hour! So, we turned around and called at Fairbourne for a trip to Barmouth on the little train, pulled by this engine. A most enjoyable experience.
Had another wonderful meal last night at Tony's Italian Restaurant in Tal y Bont, where Aunty A relished this dessert!
