Can't cook won't cook

So it was my sisters turn to cook yesterday. We had 3 cartons out if the freezer from what must have been 5 yrs go. I think it was spaghetti bit I can't be sure. I resorted to the sweetie jar instead. Funnily enough this was also breakfast!
