Whoever said a bit of rain was good for the garden? This thingy* looked like this two and a half weeks earlier last year. Maybe a bit of rain is good... but a lot of rain is bloody awful.
I feel that the summer will make up for this lot - just to get the average up to the usual average.
*Allium - that's the word.
