First day of three on a ITIL foundation traning. Getting the theoretical framework on the work that I've been doing for some years. To move from practise to theory is easier than the other way around.
A nice american instructor - we are participants from the scandinavian countries, i.e. english training goes with it.
The table of glass where we had coffee gave a nice reflection from outside.
