Mahonia Japonica

As you can see, we've had rain (again!) today. This Mahonia manages to provide colour - either yellow flower or these fruits - pretty much all year round, although the prickly leaves are a menace to gather up! At least the rainy weather has encouraged me to throw out all the training materials and resources I've hoarded over the last few years and won't be needing again - and we did get a few lengths in at the pool at lunchtime!
