Good food

So, this is my new favourite good food. It's a bit odd but rather nice.
I made it this morning with coconut milk & honey (thanks Yoga Thailand). After the seeds have soaked for 15-20mins they turn soft & slightly gelatinous.
The texture is unusual but very comforting, like porridge.
A yummy breakfast indeed.
Chai seeds are a great source of protein.
