Writings on the seat

I quite like this sort of writing. some of the stuff that the Teens write is just funny.
I was in my council uniform when I was take the picture. A gent said its about time the council did some thing about this sort of thing. I just said yes I will see what I can do.

I had to remove some of the wording and a telephone number.
