Get your feet off the ground
For some reason crow pose had been slow going for me, I can chutarunga til I collapse but upper arm strength and awareness is a day by day concept. As can be seen I'm thrilled to even get 3 inches off the ground. There are so many great teachers better than me but what a great feeling in celebrating small successes. 3 weeks ago I could hold myself up for 2 seconds, now I can turn and smile and keep the hold.
