Parmo.

After a very pleasent day(albeit at work)I took Sue to the Crown at Kirklevington.Had my favourite meal of Parmo.This is flattened chicken breast lightly covered in white sauce topped with yellow cheese then grilled.Just for spice I had chopped chillies on top.Beautiful.
I'm told the Parmo was invented in Middlesbrough.
