Sore face

We couldn't work out why Charlotte kept getting a sore face. Watched her sleeping last night, thumb in mouth, rest of hand busy scratching side of face. Covered her hands up and much crying and protesting as she could not get her thumb in her mouth. Let her have her thumb back and straight back to sleep.
