Bad news?

The young man in blue with the camera came up to me and my daughter with the question if we could tell him any bad news on the area of the South of Rotterdam were we met. And we couldn't as we aren't locals from there. But then these cyclists passed by and were asked the same question and I blipped them and sent this take to the young reporter in training - he was quite happy with the take and noted it wasn 't easy to register bad news:))
