Learning....

Today we visited Dan's new school. Teachers are the same only the bricks and mortar have changed. It was a chance to glimpse into his world and see a little of what he does. It was also a good chance to show CJ what this part of his world would be like come August (although not sure what the half shut eye was all about!)

The learning continued when we got home bedtime story was 'Daniel in the Lions Den', yes a cuddly bedtime tale I know that was Dan's choice. From that we ended up talking about Moses, then onto Kings (bad and good), then prime ministers (no comment), then finishing on Col Gadaffi. By that point I was tired! Heavy stuff for a 7 year old, but he is a sponge for knowledge. Hope that helps him with all of his life puzzles!?
