Geese at Thrupp Lake

The sun finally came out! I took the ten minute cycle to my favourite local lakes and arrived around 5.30. You can do the circular 1.5 mile walk in about half an hour but, determined to enjoy the sunshine, I didn't get back home until after 7pm.

See many of my previous blips (inc. May 1, April 3, March 28, March 24 and Feb 26) for background info on these reclaimed gravel pits. Thankfully, after a long fight by local residents, they have been saved from being filled with PFA).
