Kendo

During the weekend ZNKR Haken-sensei for this calendar year Shigetomi Yoichi sensei (7th dan, Toyama Police) visited Oulu and we naturally arranged camp to get the best out of it.

Here is one pic of the Saturday morning practice. I did wish some more participants for the camp but nevertheless, I think that Shigetomi sensei gave us some god advice and also some hard time practicing everything he thought was necessary.
