Sunshine?

A bright start with high milky cloud growing through the morning. Mid morning I could look directly at the sun through the cloud layer. Through its atmospheric filter the sun was bright but cool. The photo is poor. How to capture the strange feeling of this moment I do not know. Other photographers would do better. I could not read this and was perplexed by its meaning.
