Composition No 601.741: Underpants Bomber

Warren Weinstein is a US citizen who has been unfortunate enough to become a pawn in the great game being waged between the US its sworn enemies.
The man is being held captive in Pakistan. If the US agree to end drone strikes (killing of people from the air by unmanned aeroplanes controlled via video link from US soil) he says he will be released unharmed.
Given that Warren's home country currently murders (takes out) enemies from most Middle East countries and many developing nations I would have given his chance of suvival as being around 51% until today's news that an underwear manufacturer from Yemen has been targeted and killed.
In the spirit of peace and forgiveness, I wish him well and hope that his abductors share my thought for his release unharmed.
